About Dr. Mansoor Khushtar
Dr. Mansoor Khushtar is a renowned journalist, author, editor, critic and social worker from Darbhanga, Bihar. He has been a pioneer in Urdu journalism and literature for over two decades.
He founded the quarterly journal Darbhanga Times and later launched its fortnightly newspaper edition. His work spans print, broadcasting, literature and academia, alongside social upliftment through the Al-Mansoor Educational and Welfare Trust.
